Stanislaus County and the City of Turlock are conducting community outreach to get input on the development of a joint FY 2015-2020 Consolidated Plan.  This document will guide how community development, economic development, and housing funds are used in the communities of Ceres, Hughson, Newman, Oakdale, Patterson, Turlock, Waterford, and unincorporated Stanislaus County for the next five years.  Input from this survey will also be used in the development of the Stanislaus County and City of Turlock 2015-2020 Fair Housing Analysis of Impediments and the Stanislaus County 2015-2023 Housing Element.  For further information, click the following link:  Stanislaus County/City of Turlock Community Workshops

The City of Patterson is accepting applications from individuals to fill the vacanies in the various City Commissions, Committees and Board of:

 

Patterson Beautification Committee

Patterson Parks & Recreation Commission

 

If your committed in participating, getting involved with helping your community, attending meeting(s), working on projects/events (hands on) your strongly encouraged to apply. Applications can be picked up at City Hall, 1 Plaza, Patterson or downloaded off the City website here, listed under Documents & Forms Library “Application - Appoint/Reappoint (Jan 2014)” Please submit your application to the City Clerk, City Hall, 2nd Floor or by email at cityclerk@ci.patterson.ca.us  For more information please call 895-8010.  Due to a lack of applications, the deadline to submit an application has been extended until the positions are filled (Per Ord. No. 718 an appointed member will be required to pass a DOJ fingerprint test)  Interviews are scheduled as soon as possible in order to fill the vacancies.

PATTERSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY  The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Patterson adopted Resolution No. 2012-01, on January 25, 2012, amending its Enforceable Obligations Payment Schedule “EOPS”  Click Here to View PRA Resolution No. 2012-01 with Exhibit "A"  The City of Patterson Adopted Resolution No. 2012-08 (Click Here to View City Resolution No. 2012-08) on January 25, 2012, electing to become the Successor Agency to the Patterson Redevelopment Agency, and the City of Patterson Adopted Resolution No. 2012-09 (Click Here to View City Resolution No. 2012-09) on January 25, 2012 electing to reatin the housing assets and functions previously performed by the Patterson Redevelopment Agency, both resolutions pursuant to Part 1.85 of Division 24 of the California Health and Safety Code.  Any/all Patterson Redevelopment Agency reports can be viewed in the Documents & Forms Library, Folder Name:  Redevelopment.
