If your home is in need of minor repairs, the City of Patterson is now offering homeowners grants and loans to repair or eliminate conditions that present health and safety hazards. Additional program information below:

  • Up to $20,000 in assistance
  • Combination of grants and/or loans
  • Applicants must own the home
  • Income limits apply

**The Home Repair Program provides financial assistance to eligible owner-occupants of a residence located outside the city limits. This program is designed to repair or eliminate conditions that present critical health and safety hazards and provides assistance for disabled people in making their homes more accessible.
