Project Details
The City of Patterson is excited to inform you that the City has been awarded funding through the Urban Greening Grant program, which is administered through the California Natural Resouces Agency, for the Patterson Urban Bicycle Trail Project at Salado Creek. This project will fill in existing gaps to create a continuous bike and pedestrian path along Salado Creek and American Eagle Avenue, connecting 2 school and 3 public parks. An estimated 6,458 linear feet of continuous paved bike path and walking trail will be constructed. Approximately 273 low water usage/drought-tolerant trees will be planted along with lighting throughout the path. The City will be hosting a total of three community workshops via Zoom: Early Design Phase: October 14, 2020 @ 6 PM, Final Design Phase: November 18, 2020 @ 6 PM, and Early Construction Phase: March 24, 2021 @ 6 PM.
