PATTERSON REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY                                                                                             The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Patterson adopted Resolution No. 2012-01, on January 25, 2012, amending its Enforceable Obligations Payment Schedule “EOPS”  Click Here to View PRA Resolution No. 2012-01 with Exhibit A. 

The City of Patterson Adopted Resolution No. 2012-08 (Click Here to View City Resolution No. 2012-08) on January 25, 2012, electing to become the Successor Agency to the Patterson Redevelopment Agency, and the City of Patterson Adopted Resolution No. 2012-09 (Click Here to View City Resolution No. 2012-09) on January 25, 2012 electing to reatin the housing assets and functions previously performed by the Patterson Redevelopment Agency, both resolutions pursuant to Part 1.85 of Division 24 of the California Health and Safety Code.  Any/all Patterson Redevelopment Agency reports can be viewed in the Documents & Forms Library, Folder Name:  Redevelopment.

PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD NOW OPEN  The Notice of Preparation (Click Here for the Attachment) of an Environmental Impact Report for the West Patterson Business Park Expansion (Arambel Business Park & KDN Retail Center) is now available for public review/comment.  For more information, please contact the City's Community Development Department at (209) 895-8020.   

SANDBAGS FOR RESIDENTS  Sand and sandbags will be provided (at no charge) to City of Patterson residents who are at risk of flooding. These supplies will be available at the new corporation yard located at 16215 South Baldwin Road. Stanislaus County residents can pick up sandbags at the county's collection facility located at 1716 Morgan Road, Modesto, CA. Due to limited staff, residents will need to make and transport their own sandbags. The only exception is for elderly or disabled residents. OPEN SEATS!  MEMBERS WANTED!  The City of Patterson is now accepting applications from individuals interested in serving on the Patterson Parks & Recreation Commission (Terms Expire in December 2011), Senior Center Board of Directors (Terms Expire in January 2012), Planning Commission (Terms Expire in February 2012) and Economic Strategic Commission (Terms Expire in April 2012).  Applications can be picked up at City Hall, 1 Plaza, Patterson or downloaded here off our City web site.  Listed under Documents and Forms Library "Application Appoint-Reappoint Form"  Please submit your application to the City Clerk, City Hall, 1 Plaza, Administration Department, 2nd Floor or by Email at cityclerk@ci.patterson.ca.us  For more information, please call 895-8010.  Please Note:  Listed below is the deadline to submit your application per Ordinance No. 718 (Adopted April 5, 2011).  Before the expiration of terms of office on the Commission/Committee/Board, at least within a month in advance, city staff shall advertise either in the local paper (at least twice) and/or City web site of vacancies on a Commission/Committee/Board.  The Mayor and one Councilmember shall interview applicants (if any) at least within a month after the closing/deadline advertised to submit applications.  In the case that the incumbent has applied but no other candidate applies, the Mayor may make a recommendation for reappointment without going through the interview process.  Each member before appointed/reappointed will be required to pass a Department of Justice (DOJ) fingerprint test, per California Public Resources Code, Section 5164.
