Want to start your day off on the right foot? Come join our walking group and get your blood pumping. This group meets outside the HSC on Tuesdays & Thursdays and walks around the complex.  Many individuals stay for Sin ‘N Be Fit which follows.

Sit 'N Be Fit

Join staff and volunteers as we exercise with videos.  These classes are designed to improve strength, range of motion balance and dexterity. Join us for these fun, yet practical exercises and start your day off on the right foot. A basic class takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays and a more advance user on Mondays and Friday

Sit N Be Fit

​Enhance Fitness

Join us for Enhance Fitness, an evidence-based group program. This pilot program is specifically designed for adults 50+ in the community. It helps older adults of all levels of fitness become more active, energized and empowered to sustain independent lives. With registration, students will get to use weights as well as a Chromebook to use for class.
