Learn how to make DELICIOUS and FLAVORFUL food that just happens to be good for you. Together we discuss how different foods and techniques can help you eat well, get healthy and stay healthy! Even better, at the end of each class we get to eat the delicious dish! Classes will be instructed by a
Registered Dietitian, Arissa Lujano of Castle Family Health Centers.

Cooking to Control Diabetes
Eating well-balanced meals is an essential part of taking better care of yourself and managing diabetes. Each class offers a cooking demonstration, samples of the delicious health-promoting dish and useful take-home education. Intro to Computers
Looking to learn how to use that computer that has been sitting around?  Then this basic class is for you!  We’ll begin by learning the basics such as different software and using the mouse and keyboard.  We’ll create and save documents.  After that, we’ll move on to emails accounts and searching the Internet.  Finally, we’ll touch on Social Media and setting up accounts and some pitfalls to avoid
