Join us for an energetic fast paced dance style work out! Students will enjoy a fun festive workout to upbeat music. Enjoy the slimming benefits of Zumba while dancing the day’s stress away! Students are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and loose athletic clothing.

Self Defense Training
This class is designed to promote basic self-defense awareness through techniques such as verbal judo and self-defense practices like pressure points, wrist locks, jabs and more. Each class will cover safety rules, warm ups, cool downs, technique briefs, demonstration and practice. This course will help you develop a greater sense of balance and fine motor skills, increase confidence, teaches quick decision making, self-control and will help you live a healthy and fit lifestyle!

Kettle Bell Training
This class is designed to increase muscular and cardiovascular fitness, with a fun new kettle bell workout routine. This class helps relieve stress while promoting endurance and personal physique. Each class will include safety rules, a warm up, a cool down, and a variety of core, upper and lower body exercises. Students will need a kettle bell and a workout towel.
Age: 14 and up Day: Sundays
