Water Aerobics at Home

Water Aerobics is a great way to work out with low impact on your joints! This summer, we will be trying our best to continue to provide you with a great healthy program. If you have a pool, you can follow Instructor Kelly’s virtual work out routines this summer!
Senior Water Aerobics: For those 50 years and up looking to work out in a low impact environment. Our lively and fun instructor Kelly is here for you and your work out needs!

Water Aerobics: This class is focused on strength training with low impact on joints. This class is great for everyone! Whether you're just starting a workout routine, recovering from an injury or surgery, or just looking to add to your routine, our instructors will be happy to modify any movement for you!

First, register online and choose your Water Aerobics Kit (Low, Medium, or High Impact). We will deliver your kit to your home and send you links for the weekly work outs! We will also be meeting virtually to talk about our workouts, healthy living, recipes, and just talking about life! If you don’t have a pool, let us know, we’ll create land workouts for you, and you can join our virtual talks!
